The outstanding balance is payable on completion (or “Possession”
as it is commonly known in Hungary). The buyer transfers
the outstanding balance to our lawyer’s deposit bank account
and the lawyer then transfers this amount to the seller
on satisfaction of the requirements under the contract and
has the Seller sign a declaration stating receipt of funds
and agreement to the registration of the property in your
or your company’s name.

Our lawyer will then submit the declaration to the Land
Registry.

You or your representative will then take possession of
the apartment.

Our lawyer's fees are payable at this time.
