Corporate Introduction 

Our company have been buying, renovating, renting and managing apartments in Budapest since 1998.

Our office is located on Szent István tér, the heart of downtown Budapest. 

We have 6 full time staff dedicated only to our apartments. 

Our plumbers, engineers, electricians, repairmen, handymen are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. 

We are native speakers of Hungarian & English and are fluent in French, German, Croatian & Spanish 

We own over 70 apartments in districts V, VI, VII, IX & XII for rent to the high-end/luxury expatriate rental market 

We provide elegant, classic apartments restored to the highest modern standards with stylish, contemporary, furniture and fittings. 

We recently completed the restoration of a 4 apartment building (The Dios Residence) in district XII. 

We are constantly expanding and upgrading the portfolio with further acquisitions, and we are currently building a 4 unit modern apartment house in district XII (Csipke u.).
