location & purchase
Service: help in
selection of property; negotiation; legal, accounting, and administrative
assistance; supervision of the entire process of preparing the
documents through setting up a company to the actual taking
possession of the apartment.
Our total
fee: 3.5% of the sales price.
Renovation
and/or refurbishment
Service: advice and
organisation; technical drawings, plans; supervising the entire
project in detail; representation of the owner to relevant authorities
interior design, advice on type, quantity, and quality of furniture
and appliances to buy with price comparison, quote and purchase;
supervising transport and assembly; registering guarantee documents.
Our total
fee: 6% of total project renovation cost.
Apartment
Rental
Service: ensuring
the apartment is fit for type of tenant, taking pictures, advertising,
finding a tenant, preparing the contract of rent, signing the
contract in our office, legal advice.
Our total fee: first
month's rental fee (half of one month’s fee if we are also managing
the property).
Property
Management
Service: full representation
of the owner towards tenant, authorities, and service companies;
carrying out of repairs and maintenance; full administration
of apartment owner's company regarding bank, accountant, and
lawyer.
Management fee: 9%
of the rental income plus accountancy fees.
Property
Sale
Service placing the
property on the market; conducting viewings, advertising the
property; managing agents and their marketing of the property;
sourcing taxation advice on the disposal of property; paperwork
relating to the sale; managing the legal process with the purchaser’s
solicitors.
Our total fee: 4%
of sale value
VAT of 25% must be
added to all fees listed above when purchasing through a company.
